Key Responsibilities:
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including structure design, workforce planning, and succession management.
- Develop and drive the overall learning & capability strategy aligned with business goals.
- Oversee training planning, budgeting, and execution across the organization.
- Ensure effectiveness of training programs through evaluation and continuous improvement.
- Build and manage competency frameworks, career pathways, and leadership development programs.
- Manage LMS, learning data, and digital learning transformation.
- Establish and govern L&D policies, processes, and compliance standards.
- Select and manage external training vendors and internal trainers.
- Drive internal communication, employee engagement, and learning culture initiatives.
- Lead, coach, and develop the L&OD team; manage performance and resource planning.
- Monitor, analyze, and report L&D performance and organizational effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 5–8+ years of experience in Learning & Development / Organizational Development, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong experience in competency framework, talent development, and training management.
- Strategic thinking with strong execution capability.
- Good stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Experience in FMCG or large-scale organizations is a plus.
