JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a strategic and business-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to collaborate closely with business leaders in driving organizational effectiveness, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
This role acts as a key bridge between business and HR functions, translating business needs into actionable people strategies while ensuring strong execution across core HR areas. The position requires both strategic thinking and hands-on involvement in a dynamic, multinational environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Partner with business leaders to design and optimize organizational structures, workforce plans, and team capabilities aligned with business objectives.
- Drive key people processes including organization reviews, performance management, talent reviews, and succession planning to ensure a strong and sustainable talent pipeline.
- Identify critical roles, assess talent readiness, and proactively highlight potential risks and gaps.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition on hiring plans and priorities, especially for key and leadership positions. Participate in candidate assessment and interviews when needed, and provide perspectives on overall fit.
- Work with hiring managers to define role expectations and ensure quality hiring outcomes, as well as a smooth onboarding experience.
- Partner with managers to strengthen team effectiveness, leadership capability, and future-ready skills. Work alongside L&D to align development initiatives with business needs while maintaining a strong business perspective.
- Coordinate with other HR functions to ensure consistent and effective HR delivery, and support employee-related matters when required.
- Provide data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuously improve HR processes and ways of working.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- 7–10 years of HR experience, including solid exposure in an HR Business Partner role.
- Strong experience in organization development, talent management, and workforce planning.
- Proven ability to influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Agile, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
- Experience in multinational or cross-cultural environments is preferred.
- Background in manufacturing or large-scale operations is an advantage.
