Training Design & Delivery Expert

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1.

• Work with relevant stakeholders to analyze training needs;
• Work with relevant stakeholders to align index, method to evaluate training effectiveness
• Consult, Develop, Delivery training programs, learning activation, capability development solution training evaluation tools follows FE Credit strategy in each period;
• Develop training & coaching capability for internal trainer, line trainer, trainer of HR Training;
• Develop functional competency for trainer of HR Training;
• Work with training vendors to align training needs, content & receive transfer training programs;
• Undertake other tasks assigned by Department Head

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree;
• At least 03 years experiences in training or similar position;
• Understanding of sales/ customer service/ collection/ Banking & Finance/ Human Resources Management is a plus;
• Understanding & have experience in applying various learning trends in training activities;
• Must strong communication skill in both verbal & writing – English – Vietnamese
