About BHC

Bien Hoa Consumer (BHC) is a member of AgriS and operates as part of its Commercial Center (ComC), focusing on commercial operations, domestic distribution, international trading, and market development.

BHC manages a diverse portfolio of Sugar and Sweetening Solutions, Coconut-based FMCG, Rice, and other value-added agricultural products, connecting products with customers across multiple channels and markets. Through close collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and other functions, BHC drives effective commercial execution and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Execute and monitor approved Trade Marketing programs across customers and platforms.
Manage program timelines, assortment, listing, and promotion setup.
Track sell-out, inventory, product availability, listing status, and sales performance.
Coordinate with Sales, O2O, E-commerce, and relevant functions to ensure smooth program execution and resolve operational issues.
Control execution data and supporting documents, including reconciliation, payment, and settlement.
Monitor program compliance and follow up on corrective actions through to closure.
Collect and consolidate market, pricing, promotion, and competitor information.
Prepare operational reports and highlight key issues and execution gaps to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Trade Marketing, Sales Operations, or Channel Operations within FMCG.
Good understanding of channel operations and customer/outlet characteristics.
Experience in Trade Marketing program execution, tracking, and payment/settlement documentation.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and cross-functional coordination.
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English.
