Role Description:

This position is a professional at least 5 years Travel industry, full-time, on-site Tour Operator role based head office in Xuan Hoa ward, old District 3.

The Tour Operator Senior will coordinate, professional itinerary, costs tours and operate guided tours, ensuring itineraries run smoothly and guests receive clear information and assistance throughout their journey. Daily tasks include managing bookings and reservations, confirming schedules with transport providers and partners, and handling guest check-ins and tour logistics, supply chain travel, airlines, hotel, transportation....luxury products and services.

The role also involves responding to customer inquiries, addressing service issues, and promoting company tours and services to maximize bookings and sales. The Tour Operator will collaborate with internal teams and local partners to maintain high service standards and accurate tour documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience in Travel & Tourism and Guided Tours, with strong knowledge of local attractions and tour operations.
• Strong Customer Service skills, including the ability to assist diverse travelers and manage on-site guest needs.
• Proficiency in Reservations management booking systems, including handling bookings, confirmations, and changes accurately. Professional software, technology booking systems, priority IATA certificates candidates. and management teams.
• Sales skills related to promoting tours, upselling services, and supporting revenue growth.
• Good communication skills in Vietnamese; English or other foreign languages are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in District 3, manage time effectively, and handle fast-paced, customer-facing situations.
• Basic computer and office software skills for managing schedules, records, and customer information.
• Previous experience in tour operations, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is preferred; relevant vocational or university education in tourism or hospitality is beneficial.
