Job Description

• Oversee the overall office operations and administrative functions to ensure efficient and effective business support.
• Lead, develop, and supervise the management team, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
• Formulate and implement operational strategies aligned with the company's vision, business objectives, and long-term growth plans.
• Establish annual business goals and budgets, monitor execution, and drive continuous performance improvement to achieve targeted results.
• Coordinate and align cross-regional business activities, ensuring effective communication, operational consistency, and successful execution across multiple locations.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in Business Administration, International Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Operations and/or Customer Service, including at least 8 years in a Director-level leadership role.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale operations, driving business performance, and managing cross-functional and multicultural teams.
• Strong strategic planning, operational excellence, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
