TikTok Ads Executive (Senior)

Description:

• Develop and execute TikTok Ads strategies aligned with business and marketing objectives.
• Manage and optimize TikTok Ads campaigns across large-scale advertising budgets, ensuring efficient cost and performance.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize key metrics including CPL, CPA, conversion rate and overall campaign efficiency.
• Plan and implement advertising strategies for high-budget campaigns and large-scale projects, from campaign setup to optimization and scaling.
• Monitor customer profiles and journeys to refine targeting and improve lead quality.
• Work closely with Content, Design, Media and Marketing teams to optimize creatives, landing pages and conversion performance.
• Continuously test new audiences, creatives, content angles and campaign structures to identify opportunities for growth.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, algorithms and advertising policies to ensure campaign effectiveness.

Requirement:

• 1+ years of hands-on experience in TikTok Ads / Performance Marketing.
• Proven experience managing large-budget advertising campaigns or large-scale projects.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Ads campaign setup, optimization and scaling.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience in Beauty, Aesthetic, Healthcare or VPCS is a strong advantage.
• Ability to build and optimize landing pages.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure.
