The Monetization Specialist

ABOUT JOB:

The Monetization Specialist will be responsible for analyzing self-serve marketing platform performance data and providing actionable insights to improve merchant engagement and satisfaction. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to devise effective advertising solutions for widespread merchant adoption

• Location: Mapletree Business Centre, District 7, HCMC
• Working time: Monday – Friday | 8:00AM – 5:00PM
• Full 2 months probation salary on gross salary
• Full social insurance based on gross salary

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Conduct data analysis and offer analytical support for reporting requirements related to Merchants Self-serve marketing, focusing on revenue, product adoption, retention, and campaign effectiveness.
• Create and manage dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Work alongside the commercial, marketing, and IMS teams to pinpoint trends and areas for enhancement, as well as to develop suitable merchant package offerings
• Deliver insights and recommendations derived from data analysis to enhance merchant marketing strategies
• Assist in the creation of training materials and resources to help merchants effectively utilize self-serve marketing tools.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
• 1-2 years of experience in a data analytics role. Familiarity with the ride-hailing, food delivery, and e-commerce industries.
• Experienced in data querying and wrangling using SQL and Python.
• Strong understanding of statistics and experience in conveying complex concepts
• Advanced English communication skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Resilient under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to be hands-on and take ownership of multiple tasks or experiments.
• Ability to work both independently and in teams, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
