The Monetization Specialist will be responsible for analyzing self-serve marketing platform performance data and providing actionable insights to improve merchant engagement and satisfaction. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to devise effective advertising solutions for widespread merchant adoption

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Conduct data analysis and offer analytical support for reporting requirements related to Merchants Self-serve marketing, focusing on revenue, product adoption, retention, and campaign effectiveness.
- Create and manage dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work alongside the commercial, marketing, and IMS teams to pinpoint trends and areas for enhancement, as well as to develop suitable merchant package offerings
- Deliver insights and recommendations derived from data analysis to enhance merchant marketing strategies
- Assist in the creation of training materials and resources to help merchants effectively utilize self-serve marketing tools.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field
- 1-2 years of experience in a data analytics role. Familiarity with the ride-hailing, food delivery, and e-commerce industries.
- Experienced in data querying and wrangling using SQL and Python.
- Strong understanding of statistics and experience in conveying complex concepts
- Advanced English communication skills and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Resilient under pressure and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to be hands-on and take ownership of multiple tasks or experiments.
- Ability to work both independently and in teams, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
