Test Technician

Responsibilities:

Test BenchTroubleshooting

Performance Criteria: Respond quickly to test bench abnormalities; accurate judgment and fast repair; minimize production downtime.

1. Handle on-site failures such as test benchcommunication errors, abnormal commands, fixturedamage and test interruptions.

2. Quickly locate electrical, communication ormechanical faults of test stations.

3. Repair or replace faulty parts in time and feed backproblems to engineers.

4. Summarize common faults and optimize simplemaintenance methods.

Test Bench Setup & Daily Maintenance

Performance Criteria: Test benches are set up correctly on time; daily maintenance is in place; equipment running rate meets production requirements.

1. Responsible for on-site setup, wiring, power-on and commissioning of production line test benches.

2. Carry out daily inspection, cleaning andmaintenance of test equipment and fixtures.

3. Manage and calibrate test fixtures, cables andtools to ensure compliance.

4. Record maintenance records and equipment statusdaily.

Assist Test Engineers & Production Support

Performance Criteria: Complete auxiliary work efficiently; support production and engineering tasks on time.1. Assist test engineers in verifying new test plans and new test environments.2. Collect test data, sort out test records and fill in production reports.3. Cooperate to complete trial run and mass production support of test stations.

Site Management & Team Cooperation

Performance Criteria: Test site is tidy; records are complete; cooperate well with teams to meet production needs.

1. Maintain 5S of test area and manage fixtures and materials.

2. Cooperate with PE, production and quality teams to solve on-site problems.

3. Complete other temporary work assigned by supervisors

Requirements:

EducationalBackground

• College diploma or above, major in ElectronicInformation Engineering, ElectricalAutomation, Mechanical and ElectricalIntegration, Communication Engineering orrelated majors

Working Experience

• More than 3 years working experience inelectronic manufacturing or opticalcommunication production line; experience intest bench maintenance, equipmentdebugging or optical module production test ispreferred.
• problem solving & analytical skills

Special Abilities

• Skilled in reading electrical diagrams andsimple circuit troubleshooting; familiar withoperation and basic maintenance of testequipment and fixtures; careful, responsibleand able to work in shifts; basic Englishreading and writing ability preferred.
