Test Engineer

Job Description

• Managing test equipment throughout its lifecycle, including maintenance and performance monitoring
• Overseeing calibration activities and measurement system management to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Developing, implementing, and maintaining test programs and procedures.
• Conduct product testing and validation to verify performance and reliability requirements.
• Performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting of test-related issues and failures.
• Providing technical support for production testing activities.
• Analyzing test data, identifying improvement opportunities, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintaining relevant documentation and delivering technical training to support operational excellence.

Requirements:

• Chinese
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience in test engineering, manufacturing engineering, equipment engineering, or related areas.
• Microsoft office, ERP, etc.
