. Receive and review testing orders, SOP's and instruction before conducting testing.
. Perform tests in a professional and safe manner, ensure that tests are carried out in accordance with testing orders, SOP and clients instruction and as per division quality procedures
. Keep Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader informed on daily basis or as required about the progress of the testing and report any problems identified when performing tests.
. Prepare accurate and detailed written test reports and pass to the Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader for review
. All data related to test results should be tracked in proper files (hard copies or electronic files) for easy tracing back if requested
. Strictly follow operation procedure/ guidance when operating equipments, tools in order to maintain smooth operation of the equipments, tools
. Equipments tools, chemicals and consumables should be kept in good conditions, stored at proper places immediately report to the Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader all incidents related to equipments, tools, chemicals and consumables.
. Responsible for minor maintenance of laboratory equipment as guidance of suppliers/ supervisors
. Keep testing samples in a proper manner to avoid damage of samples or wrong testing of samples due to wrong identification of samples.
. Comply with QHSE procedure
. Other duties as requested by the Manager/ Supervisor/ Team Leader.
