About the Role

The role is to support customer sales and order conversion through phone-based consultation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Sales & Consultation

• Contact assigned customers by phone to introduce products, services, and sales programs.
• Consult customers, answer questions, and support them during the ordering process.
• Understand customer needs and identify opportunities to increase sales from existing customers.

2. Order Support

• Track order status and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Follow up with customers on pending orders, product availability, promotions, and related sales opportunities.
• Support customer issues and escalate to relevant teams when needed.

3. Reporting

• Update customer information, interaction history, and working results in the CRM system.
• Prepare regular updates on sales activities, customer feedback, and key issues.

Key Requirements

Work Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Telesales, Sales, Customer Service, or similar roles.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, e-commerce, or B2B sales is a plus.
• Pharmacy background or product knowledge is an advantage.
