Technical Support Specialist

JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide technical support for mechanical and automation products, including but not limited to:

Assist customers in product selection, operation, troubleshoot, provide technical support...

Visit customers to introduce company's products and provide products training if needed

Collaborate cross-functionally to develop sales tools and technical support systems/ models to improve efficiency and drive sales targets

Other tasks assigned by managers

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related fields

Good English

Minimum 2 years of experience in mechanical engineering, particularly in automation or machine design

Hands-on experience in automation related projects, particularly with Navigos Search's client products

Nice to have:

Experience in developing, applying, or optimizing AI solutions

Experience in translating technical documents

Experience in project management
