Technical Support Specialist

• Salary: 30 - 46 million VND
• Location: Need to base in Bac Ninh. Client office support on demand + work from home if no client support requirement
• Language: Chinese speaking is a must.
• Working hour & days: Flexible, non-fixed working hour arrangement. You are required to be on-site to support the client whenever needed. When there is no client demand, there is no need to report to the office; you can work from home when not on a business trip. However, when the client has a requirement (including weekends), you must fully accommodate the client's schedule and provide support. In addition, short-term business trips may be relatively frequent (2–3 trips per month, each lasting 1–3 days or up to a week).

Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for on-site support during the warranty period and resolution of quality issues for robotic services.

2. Responsible for customer service and case handling for out-of-warranty robots.

3. On-site safety risk assessment and safety officer management.

4. Customer communication and on-site emergency handling.

5. Arrangement and usage management of equipment, tools, and auxiliary materials.

6. Responsible for providing technical guidance and support to customers.

7. Responsible for on-site work feedback and summary reports.

8. Assist manufacturing and quality units in on-site problem solving and follow-up.

Qualifications

1. University degree above. Major related with electrical. Condition may be relaxed for outstanding rich experience people.
2. Minimal 2 years Robot work experience. Familiar Robot technology quality, skilled in Kuka robotics is plus.
3. Fluent in Chinese, and English can be used for work is a plus.
4. Good team player.
5. Good communication interpersonal skills. Strong learning ability.
