Technical Support Engineer

WE ARE HIRING | TECHNICAL SUPPORT ENGINEER

MAICO Vietnam is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our growing team in Ho Chi Minh City.

If you are an HVAC/Mechanical Engineer who enjoys solving technical problems, learning new technologies and working directly with customers, this could be your next opportunity.

• Provide technical support to Sales, Consultants, Contractors and customers

• Support fan & ventilation product selection and technical calculations

• Review HVAC drawings, specifications and project requirements

• Prepare technical submittals, tender documents and proposals

• Provide technical presentations and product training

• Support project implementation and troubleshooting

• Work with MAICO Germany and international technical teams

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, MEP or related field

• Experience in HVAC / Ventilation / MEP is an advantage

• Good understanding of HVAC systems and engineering principles

• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Working English capability

• Willingness to visit customers and project sites when required
