Responsibilities:

• Reviewissuesandcontactcustomerstounderstandtechnicalissues.Ensurescustomersstayinformedastothestatus/solutionoftheirissue.
• Utilizestroubleshootingtools(e.g.,eventlogs,andperformancetraces)tohelpresolvecustomerissues.
• Resolvesorescalatesmultipleandvariedcustomerissues.Documentstechnicalworkandresearch.
• Analyzesproblemsanddevelopssolutionsforcustomerneedsusingloganalysisandotherproprietarytools.
• Product/ProcessImprovement
• Providesfeedbacktoimproveproductstomoreseniorengineersortechnicaladvisors.
• Identifiespotentialdefectsandescalatestomoreseniorengineerstoresolve.
