- Develop and implement strategies to consistently increase student engagement with Geniebook.

- Address any concerns, queries, or issues promptly and effectively to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

- Analyze & share students&apos learner&aposs data with the parents to maximise students&apos improvement and highlight the benefit of Geniebook.

- Increase customer&aposs lifetime value by obtaining add-on, referral, and upgrade of Geniebook plan.

- Maintain regular and proactive contact with parents/students on a monthly basis.

- Inspire and motivate students to set and achieve their academic goals.

- Identify students&apos strengths and weaknesses and provide guidance for improvement.

- Assist parents in navigating the Geniebook platform to improve their child&aposs user experience.

Work Arrangement:

- 3 Weekdays + 2 Weekends

- Hours: Weekdays 11am-8pm

- On-site for all working days

Job requirements

- Strong sales (farmer) or account management experience related to education is highly beneficial.

- Driven and motivated by KPIs and excellence in sales and customer success.

- High energy, passion, and deep empathy for customers.

- Highly self-motivated with the ability to work quickly and smartly, independently.

- Business proficiency in English is highly advantageous
