Technical Service Engineer – Photovoltaic Pastes

Location: WFH (13-week short trips to the US, India, and SEA)

Role Purpose

Provide on-site technical support for new-paste qualifications and line optimization, ensuring customers achieve maximum cell efficiency and yield.

Key Responsibilities

Lead pilot runs and ramp-up support at customer sites.

Diagnose and solve process issues related to screen-printing, firing, and paste performance.

Translate customer feedback into clear action plans for internal R&D and sales teams.

Train customer engineers and operators on best practices.

Maintain accurate technical reports and customer visit logs.

Requirements

Education: Diploma or bachelors in Chemistry, Materials Science, or related field.

Experience: 38 years in a PV cell production or paste technical-support role; hands-on expertise in screen-printing processes and metallization pastes is essential.

Languages: Fluent English (spoken & written); conversational Mandarin is a plus.

Mobility: Willing to travel 20-30 % of the year, including short assignments in India, the US, and ASEAN countries.

Nationality: Southeast Asian passport holder, male, under 40 years old (to meet customer-site access policies).

Soft skills: Strong problem-solving mindset, customer-facing communication, and team collaboration.

Budget (gross monthly, CNY)

Entry-level (34 yrs relevant experience): 13 k + allowances

Mid-level (46 yrs, proven paste qualifications): 15 k17 k + allowances

Senior-level (>6 yrs, regional project leadership): 18 k20 k + allowances
