• Manage end-to-end product development projects, ensuring timeline, cost, quality, and product maturity targets.
  
• Act as the main liaison with customers for product development topics and requirements.
  
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including System, HW, SW, ME, Test, Reliability, Purchasing, Quality, and Sales.
  
• Manage project plans, milestones, prototypes, product configurations, and engineering changes.
  
• Track and report project status, risks, issues, and corrective actions to customers and management.
  
• Lead project meetings and support gate reviews, requirements, specifications, and change management.
  
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ASPICE, and internal processes, while driving continuous improvement and lessons learned
  
  

• Minimum Bachelors of Science, Computer, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics Engineering degree or equivalent
  
• Minimum 3 years of work experience as project manager or similar roles in the automotive industry
  
• Experience in managing automotive related project is essential
  
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience as electrical/software/mechanical engineer or related positions
  
• Ability to manage the different phases of the project life cycle, budgets, contracts, schedule, etc.
  
• Good knowledge in the areas of product development processes and quality assurance
  
• Knowledge of IATF16949/ ISO 9001 and/or ASPICE will be added advantage
  
• Ability to prioritize and manage pressure
  
• Good communication skills, excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
  
• Excellent in English and Vietnamese, both in speaking and writing
  
• Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus
