Technical Project Management Leader

Responsibilities

• This role drives end-to-end NPI to sustaining (New Product Introduction) builds, rapid Failure Analysis (FA/FACA), SMT process yield optimization, and critical line-down/crisis containment. 
• Drive DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews with customer product design and tooling teams prior to build execution.
• Process Engineering & Technical Leadership Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on SMT process parameters

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline.
• Experience: 5+ years of technical experience in SMT process engineering, failure analysis, or technical program management within high-volume electronics manufacturing (ODM/EMS/Tier-1 Consumer Electronics)
• Technical Skills: Deep expertise in high-density BGA/CSP, fine-pitch passives
• Hands-on proficiency with lab equipment
• Skills: Written and verbal English communication skills
