Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams in a large enterprise transformation program
• Track milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers across technical and business stakeholders
• Follow up with client teams to gather updates, close gaps, and keep deliverables on track
• Support recurring reporting cadences, including weekly summaries, status updates, and escalation paths
• Help manage communication across leadership, vendors, and internal team members
• Maintain clear program documentation, action logs, and working plans
• Provide strong in-person coordination support on the ground in Ho Chi Minh City
• Escalate issues quickly and help ensure decisions are translated into action

Requirements

• Approximately 7-10 years of overall Technical Program/Project Management experience
• At least 2-3 years supporting enterprise transformation or large-scale software delivery initiatives
• Familiarity with coordinating across technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable driving follow-up and holding a large group of stakeholders accountable
• Able to operate independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Fluent in Vietnamese and strong English communication skills
• Based in Ho Chi Minh City and available for regular in-person work with client stakeholders
