Technical Product Manager - Platform and Risk Decisioning (HCM)

How You'll Make an Impact

As a Technical Product Manager for Platform & Decisioning Systems, you'll architect the core of TrustVision - the API-first platform that brings our products (eKYC, face auth, liveness, transaction monitoring, fraud/risk decisioning) under one console our clients own teams operate. This is a builder's seat: you'll co-own API and backend design with engineering - endpoints, auth, versioning, webhooks and build the rules engine and case-management layer fraud analysts run every day.

Your work compounds into clients growth: faster integrations, less bespoke engineering, a platform they trust. You bring a risk-first instinct - spotting fraud vectors and edge cases before they ship, baking guardrails and audit trails in from day one - and layer practical agentic-AI automation on top, making TrustVision the gold standard for financial decisioning.

What You Will Do

• Platform Roadmap Ownership: Own the roadmap and execution for TrustVision Platform & Decisioning Systems across eKYC, Face Authentication, Behavioral Biometrics, and Vision Credit Scoring.
• Product Architecture: Define how TrustVision modules, APIs, workflows, rules, users, cases, dashboards, and decision outputs work together as one coherent platform.
• Client and Workflow Discovery: Work with banks, fintechs, sales, solution, implementation, engineering, data science, and customer-facing teams to understand real client workflows, pain points, and product opportunities.
• API, Configuration, and Decisioning: Translate identity verification, authentication, fraud risk, transaction monitoring, and credit decisioning workflows into API behavior, configuration logic, rules, thresholds, reason codes, dashboards, and success metrics.
• Case Management and Operations: Design product capabilities for review queues, case statuses, investigation workflows, reviewer actions, escalation, notes, audit trails, and operational monitoring.
• AI Workflow Automation: Identify repetitive workflows across product, implementation, solution, sales, customer success, risk operations, and client onboarding, then design AI-assisted automations to improve speed, quality, consistency, and scalability.
• Product Delivery: Own PRDs, workflow diagrams, acceptance criteria, prototypes, release plans, rollout plans, post-launch analysis, and continuous improvement with cross-functional teams.
• Platform Standardization: Reduce bespoke implementation, shorten time-to-launch, improve operational efficiency, and increase adoption across TrustVision products.
  
  

What We're Looking For

Must Have

• Product and Platform Track Record: 5-8+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years building B2B SaaS platforms, customer-facing enterprise portals, developer platforms, API products, workflow/rules tools, case management systems, or enterprise dashboards.
• Fintech and Risk Domain Exposure: At least 2 years of exposure to fraud risk, transaction monitoring, payment risk, identity risk, KYC/eKYC, AML, authentication, credit risk, or adjacent banking/fintech risk domains.
• Technical and Product Architecture Fluency: Technical background through a degree or equivalent practical experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field; strong ability to define platform behavior across APIs, SDKs, webhooks, logs, environments, permissions, audit trails, integrations, data flows, rules, cases, dashboards, and decision outputs.
• AI Workflow and Prototyping Capability: Practical experience using AI tools to automate real workflows and prototype AI-assisted or agentic solutions. Production engineering is not required, but hands-on prototyping, human-in-the-loop design, verification, privacy, and quality judgment are expected.
• Data-Driven Ownership and Stakeholder Management: Ability to define success metrics, use data to improve product outcomes, and align Product, Engineering, Data Science, Sales, Solution, Customer Success, Compliance, and leadership stakeholders.

• Deep Domain Expertise: Experience with eKYC, identity verification, face authentication, liveness detection, behavioral biometrics, fraud management, transaction monitoring, payment authentication, credit scoring, or risk decisioning.
• Advanced Platform Experience: Experience building developer portals, workflow builders, rules engines, case management tools, risk dashboards, API marketplaces, or decisioning platforms.
• AI Builder Experience: Experience building AI-powered internal tools, copilots, agents, RAG/search assistants, AI-assisted analytics, document automation, or workflow automations for product, implementation, operations, risk, compliance, developer, or customer-facing workflows..
