We are seeking a seasoned
Technical Lead for one of our key clients. The ideal candidate is someone who can confidently bridge the gap between business and technologyable to grasp complex business requirements, convert them into technical solutions, and effectively communicate with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, including C-level executives.
Experience And Responsibilities
- Understand business objectives and convert them into actionable technical designs and solutions.
- Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, and executives to define and close scopes efficiently.
- Lead the engineering team to deliver features and solutions that align with business goals.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders, including senior and C-level leadership.
- Guide the team in implementing scalable, secure backend solutions using any modern backend language (e.g., Golang, Node.js, Python, Java, .NET, etc...).
- Design and manage cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Terraform).
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging systems.
- Ensure system scalability, security, and performance.
- Leverage data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI or similar, integrating them with backend systems to provide actionable insights.
- Work with relational and analytical databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, BigQuery, Snowflake).
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team.
- Drive a culture of quality, agility, and ownership within the team.
Qualifications and Personal Characteristics:
- 10+ years of experience designing and developing scalable backend services.
- Proficiency in at least one modern backend language (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, .NET or Golang).
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Hands-on experience with Terraform or other IaC tools.
- Solid experience with data visualization and business intelligence tools.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, Cloud Build).
- Strong grasp of web and cloud security best practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
