Our client is seeking an experienced Mobile Technical Lead to drive mobile development projects and lead a high-performing engineering team.

Location: Thu Duc, HCMC

Salary: Up to 100 million VND gross

Experience: 8+ years in mobile development (IOS or Android or both)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the mobile development team across iOS and Android.
• Design, develop, and optimize mobile applications with best practices in performance, scalability, and security.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Backend, Product, QA) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Stay updated with emerging mobile technologies and guide adoption where relevant.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in mobile development with strong expertise in Java/Kotlin, Swift, or React Native/Flutter.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, architecture design, and code review.
• Strong understanding of mobile CI/CD, testing frameworks, and cloud integration.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
