Oversee integration and pre-activation of key apps on mobile devices with manufacturers and retail partners, ensuring smooth deployment during device setup;
Troubleshoot and coordinate with partners and internal teams to resolve app compatibility, performance, and system update issues;
Identify and address potential performance problems, including compatibility gaps and update-related errors;
Work with product and technical teams from partner companies to ensure seamless integrations and quick issue resolution;
Test app compatibility on new devices, OS versions, and system updates;
Maintain reports on app deployment, integration progress, and testing issues, and track incidents to ensure timely fixes and app stability.
What you will need:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field;
Strong technical background in mobile app deployment/integration with OEMs and retail partners;
Knowledge of troubleshooting app performance, compatibility, and update issues;
Experience collaborating with external partners and internal product/technical teams;
Strong problem-solving skills for handling complex technical challenges;
Good English communication skills (written and spoken);
Experience with reporting/data tracking systems (preferred).
