Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Technical Engagement Manager with a strong background in the VLSI / Semiconductor industry, particularly in semiconductor chip design and development.

This role will serve as a strategic bridge between customers and engineering delivery teams, taking ownership of customer engagement, technical and project discussions, escalations, delivery governance, and business growth.

The ideal candidate combines deep semiconductor domain understanding with strong engineering leadership, customer management, and business acumen.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead multidisciplinary engineering teams across Silicon Design / RTL, Design Verification (DV), Physical Design (PD), DFT, and Post-Silicon Validation.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers on project status, technical discussions, escalations, and business updates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
• Lead and mentor Technical Leads and engineering project teams.
• Drive timely project execution, closure, and overall delivery excellence.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive communication and effective issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities for account growth, revenue generation, and business expansion.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations.
• Lead governance reviews and executive-level customer discussions.

Required Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in Semiconductor Chip Development Delivery, Technical Project Execution, Program Management, Engineering Services, or related areas.
• Strong experience within the VLSI / semiconductor chip design and development ecosystem.
• Solid understanding and exposure across areas such as RTL, DV, PD, DFT and/or Post-Silicon Validation.
• Strong stakeholder management, decision-making, negotiation, and customer-facing capabilities.
• Demonstrated experience in revenue generation, account growth, or business expansion.
• Experience working with multinational customers and global delivery models.
• Excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and English.
• Based in Vietnam with a strong understanding of the local business environment.

Travel & Work Requirements

• Comfortable with frequent travel to customer locations.
• Able to support regular in-person engagement with customers.
• Strong executive presence and ability to professionally represent the organization in customer discussions.
