Company Description Thẩm Mỹ Viện Ngọc Dung is a beauty and aesthetics clinic known for providing a range of cosmetic and wellness services to clients in Vietnam. The clinic focuses on high-quality treatments, customer care, and a professional service environment.

Role Description:

Review and classify incoming and outgoing invoices on a daily basis.
Reconcile accounting records, revenue, and expenses to ensure data accuracy and identify potential tax issues.
Prepare and submit tax declarations, including VAT and Personal Income Tax (PIT), in accordance with applicable regulations.
Calculate quarterly Corporate Income Tax (CIT) estimates and monitor tax liabilities and deductible tax credits.
Perform tax finalization, reconcile tax declarations with accounting records, and support the preparation of annual financial statements.
Maintain tax documentation and ensure compliance with current tax regulations.

Requirement:

andidates with a college degree or higher in Accounting or Finance.
At least 2 years of experience in a similar tax accounting role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting-related tasks.
Strong attention to detail, honesty, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Experience in the trading or service industry is an advantage.
Willingness to stay updated on the latest tax regulations and build a long-term career with the company.
