Job Description
TP, a global hub of innovation and empowerment, where we redefine the future. With a remarkable €10 billion annual revenue and a global team of 500,000 employees serving 170 countries in over 300 languages, we lead in intelligent, digital-first solutions.
As a Great Place to Work certified in 72 countries, our culture thrives on diversity, equity, and inclusion. We value your unique perspective and believe that your talent is the missing piece that completes our vision for a brighter, digitally driven tomorrow.
The Opportunity
As TP expands its footprint in Vietnam, we are building our local organization and capabilities from the ground up. This creates a unique opportunity to join at an early stage and play an active role in shaping how Talent Acquisition is built and scaled in Vietnam.
As Talent Acquisition Expert – Vietnam, reporting to the HR Director – Vietnam, you will take hands-on ownership of end-to-end recruitment across both high-volume Operations hiring and professional/support functions. You will partner closely with Operations and business leaders to deliver talent for new client launches, ramp-ups, and TP Vietnam's growth plans.
You will be among the early members of TP Vietnam's local HR team, with the opportunity to shape the TA foundation as the business scales. Beyond recruitment delivery, you will help establish local talent pipelines, sourcing channels, recruitment processes, tools, and scalable practices to support TP's continued expansion in Vietnam. This role is ideal for an experienced TA professional who enjoys both building and delivering — someone who wants to shape a talent acquisition capability in a new and growing market while leveraging the scale, expertise, and global platform of TP.
The Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across Operations, Support Functions, and professional roles, from hiring intake and sourcing through assessment, offer, and pre-onboarding.
- Translate workforce requirements into actionable recruitment plans for new client launches, ramp-ups, business expansion, and replacement hiring.
- Develop and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, direct sourcing, talent communities, recruitment partners, campus networks, and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines for high-volume, recurring, and business-critical roles.
- Conduct structured candidate screening and interviews, and coordinate language, technical, behavioral, or client-specific assessments where required.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate hiring profiles, priorities, timelines, and candidate quality.
- Manage offer discussions and candidate engagement to drive strong offer acceptance and joining conversion.
- Track recruitment pipelines and key metrics, including hiring achievement, funnel conversion, time-to-fill, offer acceptance, joining rate, and source effectiveness.
- Provide market intelligence on talent availability, compensation expectations, competitor hiring activity, and recruitment risks to support business decisions.
- Identify recruitment bottlenecks and proactively recommend solutions to ensure hiring delivery against business timelines.
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of recruitment processes, sourcing practices, assessment standards, referral programs, and TA tools.
- Support recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives to strengthen TP's talent presence in Vietnam.
- Share TA best practices and provide guidance to junior recruiters and hiring managers where required.
The Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, with strong end-to-end recruitment expertise and proven success in high-volume and large-scale hiring.
- Experience in BPO, Shared Services, Outsourcing, Hi-Tech, or large global organizations (1,000+ employees) is strongly preferred.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, large-scale, and rapidly changing hiring environments.
- Experience supporting new business launches, ramp-ups, expansion, or project-based hiring is a strong advantage.
- Strong hands-on sourcing capability across multiple channels, including direct sourcing, professional/social platforms, job boards, referrals, talent communities, and recruitment partners.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into practical recruitment plans and manage multiple hiring priorities independently.
- Good understanding of recruitment funnels and key TA metrics, with experience using ATS and recruitment data to drive hiring actions.
- Strong interviewing, influencing, negotiation, and candidate engagement skills.
- Vietnamese: native / fluent.
- English: professional working proficiency, with the ability to work effectively with regional and global stakeholders.
- High degree of autonomy and ownership mindset; comfortable working hands-on while contributing to the development of TA processes and practices.
- Adaptable and pragmatic, with the ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-changing, start-up-like environment within a global corporate framework.
Pre-Employment Screenings
By TP policy, employment in this position will be contingent on your successful completion of and passage of a comprehensive background check, including global sanctions and watchlist screening.
