Talent Acquisition Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for both local and international positions, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and onboard.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Create and publish job postings across various recruitment channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Continuously optimize recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
• Complete other recruitment-related tasks assigned by the manager.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience. Experience recruiting for both local and international roles is preferred. Familiar with the full recruitment lifecycle and recruitment best practices.
• Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills. Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a plus.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously. Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and common recruitment platforms.
