What You'll Do
Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Tech positions, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
- Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and build recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, communities, and other channels.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to identify the best talents.
- Build and maintain a strong Tech Talent Pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Talent Partnering
- Work closely with business leaders on workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Provide market insights, salary benchmarks, and recruitment recommendations.
- Support onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate-to-employee transition.
Employer Branding & HR Projects
- Support Employer Branding initiatives to strengthen GHN's employer brand.
- Participate in HR projects related to recruitment optimization, employee engagement, and talent development.
What We're Looking For
Experience
- At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
- Experience recruiting Tech, IT, Product, Data, Engineering, or Digital roles is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Strong sourcing capability for both active and passive candidates.
Skills
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication.
- Data-driven mindset with good analytical skills.
- Proactive, resilient, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
