Job Summary:
Execute recruitment process independently to make sure company's needs for talents of different levels can be met; Make sure the recruitment channels are effective.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Understand position requirements, set expectations, and maintain communications throughout the talent acquisition process
- Source candidates through job postings, referrals, and direct sourcing using proactive tactics (social media, networking, and niche resources, etc.)
- Review and screen resumes obtained from all sources and manage all candidate tracking and status updates
- Conduct phone screens, provide candidate assessments, and recommend viable candidates to hiring manager for further consideration
- Conduct in person interviewing, lead / facilitate candidate interview debrief session with Hiring team
- Manage the selection and offer process
- Manage candidate communications and information to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the Talent Acquisition process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related major
- A minimum of 3 years headhunting or in-house recruiting experience; industrial manufacturing and/or multi-site organization preferred
- Must have a strong foundation and understanding of direct candidate sourcing, with proven ability to develop and implement effective sourcing strategies
- Demonstrated capability in providing candidate assessments and conducting in person interviews is required
- Energetic, self- motivate with resilience
- Native in Mandarin and workable English
