Handle the recruitment process to hire the most suitable, talented employees for the company. Including screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checks, and offer preparation for potential candidates.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and keeping candidates informed about their application status.
Ensure the consistent fulfillment of the monthly recruitment goal.
Collaborate closely with the hiring teams at the company, ensuring a seamless and thorough recruitment experience.
Conduct staff onboarding and orientation for newly hired.
Other related tasks assigned by the Talent Acquisition Lead.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition within the IT Industry, demonstrating a thorough understanding of its unique challenges and dynamics.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes.
Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for talent sourcing.
Proven skills in networking and negotiating, adeptly identifying and engaging top talent.
Skilled in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and recruitment tools for streamlined processes and data management.
Collaboration: Work effectively in teams, share knowledge, and support mutual progress.
Openness: Foster an open environment where ideas and feedback are valued.

Proficient in interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
