Responsibilities
- Coordinate and communicate with relevant stakeholders to align on recruitment criteria.
- Source, assess, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates for interviews.
- Organize interviews and select qualified candidates.
- Manage and develop the candidate database.
- Develop and enhance employer branding on online platforms (social networks) through content creation, design, and engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions (universities, colleges, and vocational schools).
- Prepare documents and procedures to facilitate the onboarding and integration of new hires.
- Monitor and evaluate probationary periods.
- Support employees during their probation to ensure smooth integration.
- Compile and submit periodic reports on recruitment activities.
- Stay updated on market recruitment trends and propose strategies to improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Economics, Law, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience working in a business model with at least 200 employees.
- Strong knowledge of human resources, labor law, and the labor market.
Location: 424 Vo Van Kiet Street, Co Giang Ward, District 1
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (required to work at least 2 Saturdays per month).
