Undertake HRBP work for JD Logistics Hong Kong region, provide human resources support for organizational development, conduct regular organizational reviews, and deliver effective solutions and implementation in recruitment, training, performance appraisal, compensation, employee relations, and other related areas for business departments.
Proactively engage in various forms of effective communication with management, frontline supervisors, and employees to ensure efficient information transmission across different levels.
Conduct employee interviews to grasp staff dynamics and individual needs, and assist departments in organizing employee care activities and training programs.
Promote company-level changes within business departments, be responsible for improving HR systems, processes, and frameworks of business departments, and enhance HR operational efficiency.
Possess business acumen, learn quickly to support the development of business teams, assist departments in optimizing internal organizational structures, strengthen team cohesion, and improve the retention of core employees.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 5 years of human resources work experience.
Excellent business understanding and insight, capable of forming in-depth insights from both external market and internal business perspectives to formulate HR work plans and corresponding solutions.
High sensitivity to people and organizations, able to conduct organizational and personnel diagnostics, develop effective solutions for identified issues, and drive their implementation.
Approachable personality; able to conduct diagnostics and design initiatives from the perspective of organizational culture and team building to enhance organizational vitality.
Outstanding communication, coordination, and relationship-building skills, capable of thriving in a multi-tasking and multi-role work environment.
