We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to help us attract, hire, and retain top talent across technical and support roles.

Role Overview

As a Recruiter at ISL Tech, you will play a key role in building our workforce. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring high-quality candidates for roles including Software Engineers, QA Testers, Virtual Assistants, and other technical and operational positions.

This role requires someone proactive, resourceful, and experienced in full-cycle recruitment within fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing to offer stage)
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Create and post compelling job descriptions
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and tracking systems
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for future hiring needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist
• Experience hiring for technical roles (Software Engineers, QA, etc.) preferred
• Strong sourcing and networking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Experience with ATS systems and recruitment tools
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills
