Job Description
- Own end-to-end recruitment for both internal hiring and ODC hiring, including requirement intake, JD consultation, sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Manage recruitment requests from all departments, analyze job descriptions, and define appropriate sourcing channels and search strategies to identify the most qualified candidates.
- Build, manage, and maintain strong candidate pipelines in competitive talent markets through proactive sourcing, networking, and long-term relationship building (including industry-specific talent pools).
- Source, engage, and close candidates efficiently, moving from initial outreach to signed offer within short hiring cycles.
- Partner closely with internal Hiring Managers and AM/BD, providing market insights, salary benchmarks, and hiring recommendations.
- Manage recruitment KPIs and recruiting performance metrics, track pipeline effectiveness using ATS/CRM systems, and collaborate with management to optimize hiring outcomes.
- Manage and develop online recruitment channels, including company career pages, fanpages, job boards, and coordination with the Marketing team.
- Participate in supporting the organization of internal events to enhance employee engagement.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
Requirements
- At least 2.5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or headhunt, preferably with experience working in a recruitment agency.
- Know about IT services and the labour market.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality hires in fast-paced, competitive environments.
- Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills, including cold outreach.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines independently and perform effectively under pressure.
- Solid working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and/or CRM tools, with basic understanding of recruiting analytics.
- Ability to challenge ideas constructively while maintaining professionalism and respect.
- Proactive, adaptable, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-growth or startup environment.
