Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Specialist role based in Da Nang City, Vietnam. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions across multiple business units. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, building talent pipelines, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include posting job advertisements, conducting interviews, maintaining accurate recruitment data, and supporting onboarding activities. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives and participate in recruitment events to strengthen the company's presence in the talent market.
Qualifications

Ability to manage the full-life cycle recruiting process, including recruiting and hiring activities.
Strong interviewing skills and experience working closely with hiring managers to assess candidate fit.
Experience in employer branding, with the ability to represent the company professionally to external candidates and partners.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and common recruitment tools or platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Knowledge of labor market trends in Vietnam and understanding of local employment regulations is an advantage.
