Job Description
Key responsibilities:
30% Recruit General Office and Administrative Positions
- Efficiently and effectively fill open positions.
- Advertise and solicit resumes from qualified candidates.
- Key recruiter for general office and administrative positions.
- Conduct initial and/ or culture screening interviews, both telephone and personal.
- Make hiring recommendations based upon the eligibility criteria provided.
- Conduct regular follow-up with managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans, recruitment process and implementation.
- Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements.
- Utilize the Internet, social and professional networking channels to identify and source candidates.
30% Conduct Culture Interviews
- Conduct culture interviews for all positions allocated to the job holder, ensure qualified candidates join the company.
- Be an employer brand ambassador towards candidates.
- Arrange on-boarding program for successful candidates.
15% Recruitment events
- Build relationships with target universities/colleges to organize job fair, career days.
- Maintain contact with potential candidates after events through all possible channels.
- Execute the recruitment process with A players for company top grading.
10% Administrative task
- Daily update recruitment dashboard.
- Daily update feedback into the interview management system.
- Post and manage job advertisements on all channels.
5% Implementation of policies & procedures
- Read and master the content and how to implement the policies & procedures.
- Give feedback to line manager on how to improve and adjust the policies & procedures if necessary.
- Responsible for implementing the company policies & procedures correctly.
10% Other tasks as per request of manager and company
Requirement:
- Bachelor Degree, major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration is preferable.
- 1 year of working experience in recruitment.
- Good interview and evaluation skills.
- Have a relationship with colleges/universities is an advantage.
- Excellent computer skills and MS Office.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in Vietnamese and English.
- Exceptional work ethic, with strong values and principles.
- Creative.
- Detail-oriented, customer-service-oriented.
