Talent Acquisition (Mass)

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with hiring managers to fulfill the position in Mass Recruitment, particularly for a Promoter in the Business Development Team.
• Prepare and post jobs to effective channels
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screens to create a shortlist of qualified candidates, and arrange interview appointments
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
• Prepare the approval email, employment documents, and other recruitment administrative tasks
• Manage weekly and monthly recruitment reports for the Hiring Manager and Head of HR
• Other tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in an end-to-end recruitment environment, either agency or in-house
• Experience recruiting in Mass Recruitment is a must
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Efficient English communication skills are a must
