We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy, strengthen employer branding, and build a sustainable talent pipeline across both blue-collar and white-collar positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business needs and workforce planning.
• Lead mass recruitment initiatives for factory workers, as well as professional and management-level hiring.
• Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and improve performance.
• Drive employer branding initiatives through social media, recruitment campaigns, employee engagement, and community partnerships.
• Build strong recruitment networks with vocational schools, universities, local communities, and external partners.
• Optimize recruitment processes, sourcing channels, and hiring costs to improve recruitment effectiveness.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, candidate conversion, and new hire retention.
• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to anticipate manpower needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Solid experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in mass recruitment and managing both blue-collar and white-collar hiring.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategy, workforce planning, and employer branding.
• Experience in leading and developing a recruitment team.
• Familiarity with recruitment platforms, social media recruitment, and ATS.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Good command of English.
• Proactive, creative, results-oriented, and hands-on with a strong problem-solving mindset.
