Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement quarterly and annual recruitment plans and budgets aligned with manpower planning.
  • Design, develop, and continuously improve the companys recruitment processes, ensuring efficiency and alignment with corporate culture.
  • Explore and adopt best practices in recruitment and staffing.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment agencies.
  • Monitor recruitment costs and ensure cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage recruitment activities across branches.
  • Participate in interviews and selection for key positions.
  • Track probation evaluations and follow up with line managers.
  • Conduct orientation programs for new hires.
  • Develop and deploy on-the-job training plans for key positions upon onboarding.
  • Develop, update, and maintain HR & Admin procedures to comply with ISO standards and company requirements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the animal feed/livestock industry.
