  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies and plans aligned with the companys business direction.
  • Manage and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the recruitment team.
  • Build candidate pipelines and establish strong relationships with external partners, universities, and professional networks.
  • Proactively source and approach candidates, especially for sales and media/advertising industry positions.
  • Conduct interviews (including in English for expat candidates) and evaluate applicants effectively.
  • Build and implement employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report recruitment performance; propose solutions to improve hiring effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 5 years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial or team leader role.
  • Previous experience in headhunting firms or companies in advertising, media, financial services, or intangible business sectors is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the labor market, recruitment channels, and employer branding strategies.
  • English proficiency: capable of reading documents and conducting interviews with foreign candidates.
