Design and execute a scalable talent acquisition strategy to meet current and future hiring needs.
Partner with department heads and senior leadership to define role requirements, craft compelling job descriptions, and develop targeted recruitment plans.
Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, networking events) to build a diverse pipeline of high-caliber candidates.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
Enhance our employer brand by creating engaging content for social media, career pages, and industry events to showcase our culture and opportunities.
Implement data-driven recruitment practices, using metrics and analytics to optimize hiring processes and improve time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction.
Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives, ensuring fair and unbiased hiring practices.
Mentor and lead a small team of recruiters or coordinators (if applicable).
Stay current on industry trends, emerging recruitment technologies, and best practices to keep our processes cutting-edge.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
7+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.
Expertise in modern recruitment tools.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
Strong analytical skills, with experience using recruitment metrics to drive decision-making.
Demonstrated commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Experience managing or mentoring a recruitment team is a plus.
