Job Description

Your key responsibilities:

  • Support team in all activities of recruitment process such as post job on recruitment websites, contact candidates, welcome candidates, arrange test and schedule interviews, data entry
  • Join to build candidates database
  • Be in charge handle at least one request for non-technical positions
  • Other administrative requirements by the supervisor

Qualifications

  • Open to 3rd or 4th year university students.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources, especially Recruitment.
  • Available for a 6-month internship (full-time or part-time, minimum 4 days/week).
  • Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets (data processing & analysis), Canva, etc.
  • Customer-oriented, proactive, attention-to-detail, and highly responsible with a friendly and patient attitude.
