Talent Acquisition Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
• Source potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking events.
• Collaborate with TA Partners and Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Design and implement creative communication and recruitment materials to attract and engage candidates.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activities.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives and help promote our company as an employer of choice.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment activities.
• Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Final-year student majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to use design tools such as Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
• Creative mindset with the ability to design visually appealing recruitment materials.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Prior experience or internships in HR, recruitment, or design communication is a plus.
