Talent Acquisition Intern

1.Job Description

• Support candidate sourcing, attraction, and job posting across key channels (TopCV, Facebook, LinkedIn, communities, and university networks).
• Support initial CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate career consulting.
• Maintain the recruitment pipeline and consolidate periodic report data.
• Support employee file management (hard & soft copies) and onboarding preparation.
• Collaborate with the content team on recruitment media activities and employer brand development.

2.Requirements

• Full-time commitment (Flexible to support 1–2 half-days/week off).
• Strong communication, fast learner, detail-oriented, meticulous, and highly responsible.
• Proactive, disciplined, with a strong willingness to learn.
• Good time management skills, basic data tracking, and strong follow-through on progress.
• Career orientation in HR or prior experience/activities in Talent Acquisition is a plus

Location: 346 Ben Van Don, Ward 1, District 4, Ho Chi Minh City (Lưu ý: Phường 1 là tên hành chính mới thay cho Phường Vĩnh Hội).

Duration: 3-month internship.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday (9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
