TA Internship - Fulltime 6 Months

Role Description The TA Internship is a full-time, 6-month on-site role based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The intern will support teaching activities by assisting instructors with lesson preparation, classroom organization, and learning materials. Day-to-day tasks include helping facilitate learning sessions, guiding students through exercises, and providing individual support to learners as needed. The intern will also help monitor student progress, support educational projects, and contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment. Collaboration with teachers and staff, participation in team meetings, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders are key parts of the role.

1. Talent Acquisition: 80%

• Assist to identify sourcing channels to approach and recruit qualified candidates

• Assist to manage recruitment and selection processes (Sourcing – HR Interview – Manager Interview – Offer - Onboard)

• Keep records of candidates database following company's process and update recruitment record database in a timely and accurate way

2. Admin: 20%

• Support to implement the HR projects such as Employee Engagement, Employer Branding, Internal Communications...

• Other HR jobs for project as required by TA Supervisor/ TAM

Qualification:

• A university degree or higher preferably

Relevant Experience:

• Graduated student, 3 year or Final-year student with Economics, Human Resources, Business Administration major

• Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment or HR experiences is plus

Skills and Personal Attributes:

• Positive, result-oriented and will power to strike for excellence

• Passionate in Human Resources

• MS Office – Specializing in Excel, Word and PowerPoint

• English Communications
