Job Description

Netcab is looking for a System Intern – Managed Service Platform to join our Infrastructure Services team and gain hands-on experience in infrastructure monitoring, system administration, IT service management, and automation.

What You'll Do

Support Linux/Windows lab setup and platform configuration.
Assist with infrastructure monitoring, dashboards, and alert testing.
Maintain asset records and update CMDB information.
Test monitoring, ticketing, and incident management workflows.
Support basic scripting, automation, and platform readiness testing.
Prepare technical documentation and assist with deployment activities.

What We're Looking For

Students, recent graduates, or early-career candidates in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields.
Basic knowledge of Linux/Windows administration and networking.
Familiarity with virtual machines and basic troubleshooting.
Basic scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell are a plus.
Exposure to Git, Ansible, Docker, Zabbix, or similar tools is an advantage.
Good communication, problem-solving skills, and willingness to learn.
Ability to read English technical documentation.
