Role Description

The System Engineer Intern role at EON TECH is a full-time, on-site position based in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The intern will assist in maintaining and monitoring system infrastructure, supporting system configuration and deployment, and helping with system administration tasks under the guidance of senior engineers. Daily responsibilities may include troubleshooting technical issues, supporting end users, documenting system changes, and contributing to system design improvements. The intern will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability, performance, and security, while gaining hands-on experience with modern tools and best practices in systems engineering.

Qualifications

• Foundational knowledge and interest in Systems Engineering and Systems Design.
• Ability to perform basic Troubleshooting and provide Technical Support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Understanding of System Administration concepts, including user management, configuration, and monitoring.
• Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows) and common IT infrastructure components.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
• Interest in AI, cloud technologies, and modern automation tools is an advantage.
