Job Description:

Lead complex supply chain projects across functions (Operations, Business Development, Marketing, etc.), ensuring delivery on scope, time, and quality.
Identify and resolve critical roadblocks affecting project timelines, efficiency, and alignment.
Act as the project owner, taking initiative to manage stakeholders, align resources, and communicate progress to senior management.
Raise and oversee strategic improvement initiatives across domains such as Demand/Supply Planning, Floor Productivity and Layout Optimization, Last-Mile Cost and Delivery Speed Optimization and Network Design and Distribution Optimization.
Conduct on-site audits and project reviews at key operational sites to identify improvement opportunities and secure successful go-lives.
Design performance metrics and build dashboards using data analytics tools to monitor project impact.
Drive post-project reviews, apply best practices, and recommend future areas for optimization.
Do other tasks as assigned by the Line Manager.
Other tasks are assigned by the Company from time to time.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain, operations excellence, consulting, or industrial engineering.
Proven experience leading cross-functional projects from planning to implementation.
Excellent stakeholder and project management skills.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance tracking and data interpretation.
Fluent in English and Vietnamese, both written and verbal.
High adaptability, strategic thinking, and business acumen.
